You need Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 (not tested with MonoDevelop and Visual C# Express 2012 yet) in order to build DotNet Manuals. Once you're sure you have met the requirements, you can follow this procedure to build the last version of DotNet Manuals for the MSIL, x86 and x64 architectures.
  1. Download the last revision of the source code (link in the upper-right side of this page).
  2. Open the "DotNetManuals.sln" solution file with Visual Studio 2012.
  3. Right click the solution root node in the Solution Explorer pane.
  4. Choose Batch build from the contextual menu.
  5. Sort items for Configuration, then make sure all Release configurations are marked for building.
  6. Click on the Compile button in the same window.
